An indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing Gelato #25 with South Florida OG, Biscotti was bred by the Cookie Family of San Francisco, namely Jai Ching, best known as Jigga. Since its birth, breeders have used Biscotti to make many other popular hybrids such as Gelatti and Biscotti x Gushers. 
Biscotti plants grow short and bushy, flowering dark, olive-green buds shaped like the tips of spears, with purple streaks and orange hairs, and a thick frosty coat of trichomes.
